Welcome to The Women’s Mid-Life Reset!

The Women’s Mid-Life Reset was created to help women navigate the twists and turns of mid-life. The program and protocols in Women’s Midlife Reset, are designed to help women in midlife reclaim their wellbeing using solutions that have been scientifically recognized, along with natural & holistic remedies. I also provide individual services and appointments to discuss and help solve your individual situation.

I know your time is valuable and in short supply! I post a newsletter every other week regarding nutrition, wellness, health tips, beauty ideas, recipes, special promotions, and programs unless something special is going on!

Sometime when I was around 40, I woke up and said ‘What the heck is happening to me?’.

I started to notice things shifting in my body and life, I started to get to know the problems of thinning hair, insomnia, night sweats, the new tummy roll, the decreasing tautness of my skin, and the forgetfulness…. like when I would walk into a room and forget why…. The list goes on… Ugh!  And it wasn’t just me, most women I knew were having similar issues.

For many women, shifts in hormones start affecting them sometime usually around the age 40, in noticeable and unfamiliar ways.

How we can help

Involved with nutrition and wellness, I specialize in women’s health for an often forgotten part of our population: women in mid-life. I provide services and information to mid-life, peri-menopausal and menopausal women who want to improve their quality of life, health and wellness, joy, confidence and energy. I love working with women to help them feel their best selves, and achieve their health, wellness and individual personal goals.

Who am I?

As a registered dietitian nutritionist (RD / RDN) with a Master of Science in Nutrition from NYU. I founded and currently run the Women’s Midlife Reset. I also have a culinary degree and experience with different types of diets and food preparation. I live with my 2 kids, 2 dogs, and a cat, in New York City, and I work with anyone anywhere, just have a phone or internet!
