Eat Well. Live Well. Be Well.

Our bodies are constantly changing and evolving. As a MS, RD/RDN registered dietitian nutritionist, and a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University, New York University, and The International Culinary Center, I specialize in the needs and concerns of women. I founded the Women’s Mid-Life Reset program and protocols to create a venue where women in midlife can start to reclaim and then maintain their health and wellness, and just plain feel good.

When I was in my early 40’s, I started to seriously notice changes in my body that I wasn’t expecting. My thyroid was acting up, brain fog started, weight started to accumulate, I got depressed, and then the night sweats started to hit. Over 70% of women in midlife experience some of these symptoms, in addition to dozens more. Most women are told to grin and bear it, and that there is nothing to do, and it is just part of getting old.

Many women were never taught that there are options to improve how they feel. I work with my clients to provide and discuss the best methods to feel better, reduce that midlife belly and improve health long-term. I work with both women and men to explain the changes that happen to women's bodies when we age and hormone levels start shifting, and what can be done to improve symptoms and situations.

If you are interested in one-to-one individual counseling online or in person, I provide a free 20-minute consultation to see if we are the right fit. I offer individual counseling, along with group lectures, and will be launching new group programs over the next few months, along with a book.
